The telecommunications division of Airbus is looking for a Project Delivery Specialist in our Helsinki office.
Airbus Defence and Space Oy offers you the possibility to work in a high-tech telecommunication company. Responsibilities & Tasks
Your main tasks include being in charge of named customers and the order-delivery process, processing customer orders, defining and updating materials risk assessment, ensuring and monitoring export and/or import legal and financial requirements, trigger invoicing and facilitate cash collection as per contractual terms. One of your interest groups will be our warehouse personnel and forwarding companies with whom you independently plan your customer shipments globally. Important part of your daily tasks will be committing demanding customer service mainly by phone and email and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
What we expect of you
You are aiming for a technical or business degree. Understanding of supply chains and logistics is needed in this position. Experience in using SAP is preferred and understanding or experience on virtual product and license sales is considered as an advantage. Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as ability to work independently are expected. Good English language skill is a prerequisite and other languages are seen as an advantage – Finnish not absolutely needed.
We expect you to be a fast learner and have an independent way of working. Strong customer and service orientation and ability to work in co-operation with colleagues are appreciated.
The position is permanent and will start as agreed.
