Our Bid Team in Helsinki is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to be responsible for Proposal coordination and administrative tasks, such as company related official documentation and approval signatures for bids. The position is permanent and will start as agreed.

Main role and responsibilities

• Coordination of public procurement cases and other business opportunities
• Bid preparation together with Bid Managers
• Supporting the Bid Managers in the follow-up of the Bid plan and deliverables
• Sales compliance process assistance together with Sales and Bid
  management
• Managing references, certifications, customer testimonials worldwide and
  bid templates
• Updating relevant tools and websites (Salesforce, Confluence and Google)
  related to relevant proposals
• Offer related administrative documents and their translation with partners
• Developing Bid Team’s agile work processes and methods
• Developing Salesforce related to our bid process
• Proposing and implementing improvements in Bid tools (websites, information, organization, templates)
• Co-operating with proposal coordinators and bid managers globally
• Managing some standardized on-the-shelf offers by yourself.

What we expect from you

• Fluent English and Finnish and/or Swedish are mandatory for this position (French or German is considered as a plus).
