We are now looking for a Business Analyst Trainee to join our Business Analyst team at either our Jyväskylä or Helsinki office to support stakeholders during their decision making process. You will design and drive autonomously qualitative data collection and identify trends and strategies aiming at increasing competitiveness and efficiency in the business domain.

You get to work with meaningful tasks which will include

• Understand business objectives and design research method

• Collect data on stakeholders and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

• Compile and analyze data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

• Perform valid and reliable SWOT analysis

• Support team with analysis, presentations and insights about use cases, customers and other relevant stakeholders

• Propose solutions and recommendations to stakeholders for specific business problem

• Work closely with international Business Analytics, Product Management and Sales team

What we expect of you

You are aiming for a M.Sc. and you have preferably completed Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology or Marketing studies. The duration of the trainee period is 8 months and will start preferably in the beginning of May. The position is full-time during May-August 2023 and part-time (at least 3 days a week) during other times.

The position requires basic security clearance approval from Finnish authorities.
