We are now looking for a Project Delivery Specialist Trainee to join our Project Delivery Team in our Helsinki office. As a trainee in the Project Delivery Team you will work with demanding and complex customer and delivery projects within a team of experienced co-workers from Finland and abroad. In this role you have the possibility to experience and learn from the flow of a global supply chain. The team is diverse and collaborative, and also the loudest on our floor, but it just means we have the most fun.

You get to work with meaningful tasks

This is your chance to get a comprehensive view of how the order to invoice process happens in the SAP system. You will be working with various international customers and have plenty of opportunities to grow your understanding about supply chain management. Your working days can include for instance order processing, invoicing, delivery processing, answering customer inquiries and reporting.

What we expect of you

Our ideal candidate is aiming for a degree in Supply Chain Management. Airbus is committed to offering students meaningful work experience in the early stages of their career so please note that our trainees need to have a student status throughout their employment. A fluent English language skill is a prerequisite and other languages are seen as an advantage. We expect you to have good work ethics and a positive attitude. You may have experience in customer service tasks. Good knowledge of IT tools, especially SAP skills are highly appreciated.

The duration of the trainee period is five months and will start as agreed, preferably in April. The position is full-time during June-August 2023 and part-time (at least 3 days a week) during other times.
