We are now looking for a Cyber Security Trainee to join our Product Security Office team in our Jyväskylä office. 

You get to work with meaningful tasks

This position is part of our Trainee Program. Airbus Defence and Space Oy offers you the possibility to work in a company investing highly on R&D. You will get an opportunity to have an insight in product security activities. You will e.g. work with vulnerability scanning and obfuscation tools in the build process, do technology studies related to mobile devices and perform penetration testing. The international atmosphere gives you a chance to brush up your language skills and you get to work with people from various backgrounds. Support from your experienced and skilled colleagues together with versatile work tasks ensure a successful and worthwhile trainee period.

What we expect of you

You are aiming for a bachelor or master degree and you have preferably completed cyber security or related studies. Airbus is committed to offering students meaningful work experience in the early stages of their career so please note that our trainees need to have a student status throughout their employment. The desired skills and competencies: Android / iOS programming, security tools, wireless communication technologies and penetration testing. A fluent English language skill is a prerequisite and other languages are seen as an advantage. We expect you to be proactive and autonomous.

The duration of the trainee period is 4 months and will start 2.5.2023. The position is full-time during 2.5.2023 – 31.8.2023.

The position requires basic security clearance approval from Finnish authorities.
