We are now looking for 2 Software Testing Trainees to join our SW Integration & Verification Team in our Jyväskylä office. During your training period you will have a great opportunity to learn new Android and iOS based application Software Testing. You will be part of the Project Testing team and depending on your interest you will do manual or automated application testing with the modern tools. You will be guided by other Test Team members in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere.

What we expect of you

You are aiming for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software or telecommunication engineering. We expect that you have either theoretical knowledge or work experience in the basics of software development or testing. Airbus is committed to offering students meaningful work experience in the early stages of their career so please note that our trainees need to have a student status throughout their employment.

A fluent English language skill is a prerequisite and other languages are seen as an advantage. To succeed in this kind of role we expect you to be a team player and willing to work in an international environment.

The selected applicant is subject to a Standard Security Clearance conducted by the Finnish Security Intelligence Service.

The duration of the trainee period is 5 months and will start preferably in May 2023. The position is full-time during summer 2023.

We aim to conclude 2 rounds of interviews with the candidates we see are best suitable for the position. Possible changes in the recruitment process structure will be informed to the applicants.
